# Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing payments made for
services provided by –Exaltes Global Private Limited–.

By confirming an order or making a payment for any service offered by our company,
you agree to the terms described in this policy.

1. Nature of Services

Exaltes Global Private Limited provides digital and creative services including 
but not limited to:

– Website development
– Digital marketing services– Branding and design– Media production(
photography and videography)– Technology consulting and digital solutions

These services involve the allocation of professional time, resources, and planning.

2. Order Confirmation

An order is considered –confirmed– once the client agrees to the service proposal
and completes the required payment or advance payment.

Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been processed, the project is 
scheduled and resources are allocated.

3. No Refund Policy

All payments made for services provided by –Exaltes Global Private Limited– are –
non-refundable once the order has been confirmed and payment has been received–.

This policy applies because our services involve customized work, planning, and 
resource allocation specifically for each client.

3A. Website in an Hour: 2-Hour Guarantee

This section applies only to Website in an Hour orders (Agape Media, a brand of 
Exaltes Global Private Limited). For these orders it replaces section 3.

– We build 7 days a week, day and night, including Sundays and holidays. If you 
pay and submit your completed questionnaire at any time, on any day, your website
will be live on its exaltesglobal.com address within 2 hours of that time. If it
is not, we refund the full amount you paid (₹11,800).
– You can watch your place
in the queue and your 60-minute build timer on your order page.– “Live” means your
website is published on its exaltesglobal.com address and the preview link has been
sent to you. Connecting your own domain happens after delivery and is not part of
this guarantee.– The guarantee does not apply if we have asked you for information
we need to build your site (for example missing details or unclear answers) and 
are waiting on your reply. It also does not cover changes requested after the preview.–
Refunds are made to your original payment method within 7 working days of the missed

with your business name.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional situations, the company may review a refund request at its
sole discretion. Such cases may include:

– Duplicate payment made by mistake
– Payment made due to a technical or billing
error– Situations where the service cannot be delivered due to reasons within the
company’s control

Any refund granted under exceptional circumstances will be determined solely by 
Exaltes Global Private Limited.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for reviewing service details and confirming project requirements
before making payment.

Once a project begins, changes in requirements, delays in communication, or change
of decision by the client will –not qualify for refunds–.

6. Payment Disputes

If a client has concerns regarding a payment or service, we encourage them to contact
us directly so the matter can be reviewed and resolved in good faith.

7. Changes to This Policy

Exaltes Global Private Limited reserves the right to update or modify this Refund&
Cancellation Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page with the
revised date.
